Your excursion will include:

• Tsawwassen – A 45 – minute drive away from downtown Vancouver, you will pass by the town of Tsawwassen. The closest point of land between the mainland and Vancouver Island, Tsawwassen is home to the newest and second largest shopping mall in BC.
• BC Ferries – Your private tour vehicle will drive right onto a BC Ferries ship, the largest passenger ferry line in North America. During your 90-minute trip across the Strait of Georgia , you will have a chance to enjoy the on board ferry amenities such as a full service restaurant, gift shop or video games for the kids. If you venture out on deck, keep your eyes peeled for wildlife.  Occasionally spotted throughout a sailing are eagles, seals, orcas, Pacific white-sided dolphins or grey whales.
• Butchart Gardens – Designated a National historic site, this is one of Victoria’s most famous and popular attractions! As you make your way around the gardens, you’ll walk through intricately laid stone paths and lined with colorful flowers and trees.  The gardens adjusts their floral displays (over a million plants in 900 varieties!) to suit the season, it’s just as spectacular in the Spring and Fall as it is in the Summer.
• Saanich Peninsula – This is the heart of Victoria. The Inner Harbour is a legacy to one of Canada’s most notable architects, Francis Rattenbury.  The landscape along the harbour is dominated by two of his most famous works, the Parliament Buildings and The Fairmont Empress Hotel. Suggested optional activities are a visit to the Royal BC Museum, Government Street and Historic Chinatown.

TRAVEL OPTION:  You may choose to return to Vancouver via seaplane (contact us to get a quote for a private or a scheduled seaplane flight).

At the conclusion of this tour we will deliver you back to your hotel.

OPTIONAL LUNCH : With this private tour, we can make a reservation for you (additional cost) so you can enjoy the High Tea at Butchart Gardens or at the famous Fairmont Empress hotel. In case you wish to have lunch on your own, we can recommend a local restaurant for you to dine (reservations not included) Please ask us for more details.
